When Mad TV's comedy sketch Can I Have Your Number came out, I probably watched it a million times. Laughing harder every time I clicked replay. However, as I've gotten older and dealt with real life Darrells it wasn't funny anymore. Just awkward. My off-putting experiences, made me wonder: Is there a proper way to approach complete strangers or slide into the DMs?
